Our Sales Managers are energetically focused on growing the company by mentoring sales representatives to be top producers. They are primarily responsible for the daily operations and completion of the enrollment of new accounts.
We are a fun, challenging, and growing merchant services provider. We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager with experience managing commission based sales representatives. Experience with the payment processing is required. This is a direct sales position located in Provo, UT. DESCRIPTION
The Sales Manager is the main person in charge of executing the company’s corporate mission and sales goals in the local market. He or She is required to meet monthly and yearly quotas. We offer a $50,000 annual base salary plus a quarterly sales bonus and annual profit share bonus. Total annual compensation is $96,000 if basic targets are reached, more than that if they are exceeded. The position also includes medical/dental benefits and company match 401(k). Average workweek of successful managers is 50+ hours.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
•Train and mentor new sales representatives and other office staff
•Assist sales reps with lead generation, running appointments, and closing deals
•Assist reps with account evaluation and bid creation
•Ensure all HR and new deal paperwork is completed accurately and on-time
•Conduct training workshops to instruct and motivate sales reps
•Hire and terminate sales reps as required
•Complete individual sales as needed to ensure office reaches monthly quotas
•Conduct monthly evaluations of sales reps
•Oversee all aspects of the local office by directly supervising 5-15 employees
QUALIFICATIONS
•Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably small ticket, short cycle outside sales, MLM, network marketing, door to door, or other related areas
•6 months industry specific background
•Experience managing commission based sales representatives
•Ability to motivate others
•Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills in person and on the phone
•Charismatic, outgoing, detail-oriented personality
•Self-starter that thrives in and fosters a competitive, high-energy environment
•Experience in working toward and exceeding quotas
•Documented success in previous sales environment
•Ability to travel in local area 5 days a week
•Background in high volume recruiting, high-volume sales
•Flexibility to travel outside the state during 1st month for training
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
