We are seeking aggressive and talented sales managers with at least 3 years of hands on experience in managing sales reps.
As an average sales manager, you will earn 90k+, above average sales managers will earn $140K+, and high performance sales managers will earn $200k+ during your first year alone.
We are a 4+-year young, progressive Swiss B2B company expanding into the US. We are in the B2B Business Services (Marketing Services as well as SaaS), Business Development, IT (software development), and Outsourcing Industry, but we hire Performers not backgrounds.
With that said, those that have B2B sales management experience, this is a plus. For those that do not have this experience, we are clearly ready to train the right sales manager.
We have a truly unique opportunity for talented sales managers as we have an extremely low cost basis because the majority of our core services are executed and supported from Eastern Europe and Asia.
This allows our sales staff and sales management to reap the rewards with larger commissions. (We have offices in Hong Kong, one in Bucharest, Romania, one in Perth, Australia, and our Home Office in Sion, Switzerland.)
Must be highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter and communicator, and a fantastic closer.
