AccuData Integrated Marketing is actively networking with proven and motivated frontline Sales Managers that thrive in a performance based company. In this role, you will be expected to drive revenue by creating a winning sales culture, deploying a disciplined sales process and providing a hands-on approach with sales. By providing a hands-on approach, the Sales Manager plays an integral role in helping the sales representatives identify and fulfill customers’ current and future needs by developing sales strategies, techniques and tactics that promote account penetration, new business development and most importantly consistent goal attainment.

Standard Qualifications

·         7+ years of proven consultative sales experience with intangible solutions

·         3+ years of proven sales management experience with support documentation of continuous team, divisional goal attainment                  

·         Experience developing sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment                           

·         Outstanding commitment to the long-term development of employees. Proven ability to coach with specific and measurable objectives in areas such as book analysis and strategy, new business development and account penetration

·         Experience with defining, implementing and enforcing a disciplined sales practice; as well as aggressively revisiting and proactively, collaboratively revising to adjust to current business conditions

·         Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships, both internal and external

·         Ability to learn quickly and adapt in an ever changing environment, industry 

·         Highly motivated, self directed professional that is driven by results            

·         Effective leadership and delegation skills that motivate and drive results from others

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,  and Word

·         Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience

·         Successful direct marketing experience or exposure to direct marketing concepts, products, and terminology

·         BA/BS degree in advertising, marketing, business, or education
