Regional Commercial Cleaning company seeks a driven, organized, and team-oriented Sales Manager to facilitate further growth.
Job Purpose:
Sells services and products by developing and implementing sales plans; recruits, develops and supervises sales staff; maintains customer relationships.
Duties:
* Identifies and develops relationships with potential customers; maintains relationships with existing customers.
* Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; meets personal sales goals.
* Implements regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
* Maintains sales volume and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
* Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
* Completes regional sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
* Maintains regional sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Maintains regional sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
* Develops programs to increase internal sales for existing customers.
* Contributes to the overall success of the organization as an active member of the Management Team.
