Job Title:  Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Scott-Gross Company, Inc is a leading and well-established distributor of industrial, specialty and medical gases, as well as application technology and welding products. Continued company expansion has afforded an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager with the desire to utilize their skills and knowledge towards achieving the growth objectives of a progressive company.   This new position will provide sales leadership and direction to the sales team.  Responsibilities include coaching and motivating the sales team to reach and exceed goals; establishing sales territories, quotas and goals; analyzing sales and marketing data for trends and opportunities; and building a team for expanded and anticipated growth. 

Education/Experience Requirements: 

Qualified candidates will have an appropriate educational degree along with a minimum of 3 years relevant sales management experience, preferably in the same or similar industry, have demonstrated competencies in sales leadership, sales process and salesmanship.  The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.  An excellent salary and benefits program are offered to the selected applicant.
