Manufacturing company in the Midwest is searching for a goal driven individual who can manage and build a successful sales and service team, handle multiple projects, be creative with great communication and organizational skills and be able to effectively execute our mission. 

Applicant Must:

Learn new products and research competition so you can effectively train others.

Have experience in managing a sales team - REQUIRED!

Agricultural background and/or experience working with farm equipment dealers is a plus.

Strong communication skills and some overnight travel required.

Have experience selling new and quality products.
