An Industry Pioneer in the Direct Marketing field, is in search of a Call Center Manager. This Role will be responsible for the overall production of a Sales Team of 8-12 Inside Sales Representatives. This includes providing effective Sales Training Meetings as well as the ability to direct and critique sales representatives of all levels.
The ideal candidate must be able to motivate, develop and drive a sales team. This involves ensuring individual agent and team success through continuous evaluation, constructive coaching and results-oriented motivation.
