You’ll grow your own team of Financial Sales Associates; guide their activities; and help them meet their goals in selling Prudential’s sophisticated financial products and services.
With an eye always out for great sales candidates, you’ll also be responsible for marketing activities; ensuring top customers; compliance; and training and development.

For consideration, you will need to have Series 6 & 26 registration, life/health licenses and P&C license, or be able to obtain those registrations within a specified period of time. In addition the following skills, attributes, abilities and background are desirable:
