manager. You must have prior success growing a sales organization while
personally managing a handful of strategic accounts. You must be skilled at
leading an overachieving sales team that can sell value into a competitive
market at a premium price. You should be profit oriented and able to
strategically grow existing channels. 

You should have the ability to conceptualize and communicate client
needs to engineers.  Engineering experience or degree a plus. You must
have previous verifiable income of at least $200,000.
