Sales Manager, Photogrammetry Systems / Spot Products
About the Job
Identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities to outsource the photogrammetry works to our indian office for full suite of Spot commercial products in the remote sensing market. Ensure the promotion and sale of cartographic data production systems, namely Pixel Factory and Andorre. Solicit, assemble, and close solutions for the major players active in the field of photogrammetry and remote sensing based in the United States of America and Canada.
Be able to create the strategies and execute the tactics in order to drive substantive, additional benefit to clients that result in revenue generating contracts
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting and exceeding sales goals Managing named key account(s) for new business and mining existing opportunities Analysis and monitoring of the competitive environment and market research Representation of the Company at trade shows and conferences
The successful candidate must be able to quickly understand new technologies and business models and be able to evaluate their relevance to the clients’ visions. Will have proven background in overachieving targeted sales goals while providing the highest level of customer service.
Preference for a strong background in IT plus geo-information market domain experience, gained by job experience, supplemented either by commercial experience, ideally of GIS solutions and services, or a sound knowledge of the application of GIS in a given domain (either of Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry or Cartography).
