About the Job
New Vehicle Automotive Group in North Central Arkansas is looking for a proven and experienced New Car Sales Manager. Knowledge of Chrysler and General Motors systems is a plus. Reynolds and Reynolds is also a plus.
Responsibilities include Managing the day to day operations of New and Used Vehicle Sales. Supervising of Sales Staff and their training is required. Applicant will be responsible for budgeting and promoting vehicle sales. Internet sales and other advertising media are a requirement. Computer skills and proficient in excel are required.
We are looking for a proven New Automobile Sales Manager. Minimum of 5 years experience in Domestic New Vehicle Sales. Proven track record in Sales and Customer Service with strong CSI ratings. Strong sales closer is a must. We are in a medium market and we are looking for an individual who is a team leader. We are not looking for a high pressure sales environment.
Experienced Manager's only need apply. We are looking for experienced and proven professionals only. Applicant must have verifiable references and performance records. Drug screening and background checks are a requirement for hire.
Salary, plus commission (based upon experience). We offer 401K, Vacation, Health and Dental, Life Insurance, Company Vehicle.
