The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales and marketing team in the Chicago division. Responsibilities include assisting with radio, direct mail, community signage and internet based marketing/advertising. Internet based duties include maintaining Ryland.com, following up on web-based potential buyer inquiries, tracking the internet traffic and producing related reports. The person will coordinate with external media vendors and assist the sales counselors in developing and maintaining community specific marketing collateral material. In addition, the individual will assist in community openings, gather competitor market data and maintaining the various sales office leases. Candidate must have bachelor's degree or equivalent along with excellent PC skills. 2-3 years administrative support experience is essential and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
