Sales and Marketing Director – Assisted Living Community

Autumn View Gardens is currently accepting resumes for a Sales and Marketing Director in Ellisville, Missouri.

This position is responsible for all sales and marketing activities for the community including; sales calls, tours, sales and marketing presentations, and follow up with all prospects. Develops and maintains a Referral Source list to include physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and community organizations for the elderly. Will conduct training of internal personnel on sales and marketing philosophy and the use of available sales tools. Prepares and presents reports to the Executive Director and the Corporate Sales and Marketing Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

v      Experience with sales and marketing strategic planning

v      Excellent oral and written communications skills

v      Should have the ability to train internal personnel on sales and marketing philosophy.

v      Professional appearance and demeanor that encourages a positive nurturing environment for the residents, families, coworkers, vendors, and guests.

v      Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

This position requires a Bachelors’ degree in Business/Marketing or a combination of equivalent experience and education.  Proven success in an assisted living or similar facility is required.
