Unique Restoration is seeking an experienced Marketing / Sales Representative that will introduce NEW and INNOVATIVE sales ideas into our company.  The right person must have confidence, self motivation, professional attitude, time management skills, creativity and excellent people skills.  We are also seeking someone with a GROWTH driven personality to help bring our company into the next millennium.

As part of the restoration and reconstruction industry, Unique Restoration is a DKI Member, high energy, emergency restoration company, involved in water, fire, mold and reconstruction business operating for over 20 years offering 24-hour, immediate response, emergency services to Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Unique specializes in insurance restoration for both commercial and residential properties that have experienced fire, smoke or water damage.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  Possess strong, confident, & motivated to generate sales leads and prospects.

  Possess excellent organization skills and work ethics.

  Must have a strong background with Insurance Adjusters, Management Companies, HomeOwners Association, Realtors, & Property Managers.

  Possess excellent skills to develop, built, and maintain business relationship
  
  
• 
  
  Knowledge with Water Damage, Mold, Smoke & Fire Damage clean up and Reconstruction business
  
  
• 
  
  A degree in business, marketing or sales would be a PLUS
  
  
• 
  
  A Drivers license and a good driving record are mandatory.
  
  
• 
  
  Criminal Background check is required

Compensation: salary + commission

This is not an entry level position so you must have previous sales and marketing experience of similar business.
