We are seeking a results-oriented individual to spearhead the sales and marketing

for our community. The position is also responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies with an emphasis on direct, face-to face marketing contacts.  Candidates must have successful sales and marketing experience, knowledge of the local community and strong computer skills.
