Sales and Marketing Manager

Advanced Cooling Technologies, Inc. (ACT) is a developer and manufacturer of advanced heat pipes, pumped liquid and two-phase loops, and thermal storage devices. We specialize in technology development and custom thermal product design and manufacturing.  We work to solve some of the most challenging thermal problems in the aerospace, military, industrial equipment, and government R&D markets. We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with proven success in sales, sales management and marketing. This position reports to the Vice President of Engineering Products and Services and will work closely with in-house engineering and manufacturing teams. Up to 50% travel will be required.

The job duties include:

(1)   Meeting or exceeding sales revenue plan established through a strategic planning process

(2)   Expanding the Company’s relationship with current customers

(3)   Developing relationships with new customers

(4)   Enhancing the Company’s sales tracking and new account targeting systems

(5)   Enhancing the Company’s customer service tracking systems

(6)   Preparing proposals according to customer requirements

(7)   Planning and leading marketing campaigns

Ideal candidate would have the following:

(1)   Five years of direct technical sales experience

(2)   Two years of sales management experience

(3)   Proven track record of sales success

(4)   Proven ability in working effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment

(5)   A B.S. degree in an engineering field is a strong plus
