Sales Operations Administrator

Job Summary:

 

The Sales Operations Administrator will provide administrative support in the areas of Sales Operations, Financial Reporting, and Customer Support.

 

Essential/Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

 

·         Order entry of customer purchase orders, replacement and repair orders in the order entry system.

·         Tracking booked sales figures for sales team and reporting company figures to worldwide organization.

·         Tracking maintenance contracts.  Coordinating distribution of upcoming maintenance renewals to sales team as needed.

·         Running weekly forecast reports from Salesforce.com and distributing to sales management.

·         Tracking sales activity in Salesforce.com, creating reports for various departments within the company, maintaining reports for management and publishing as needed.

·         Tracking evaluation units and driving recovery process through the Sales department.

·         Close sales opportunities in Salesforce.

·         Various data entry projects resulting from lead generation activities.

·         Researching and resolving any issues with orders and invoicing.

·         Generate customer credits.

  • Assist co-workers as needed.
  • Perform duties as assigned.

 

Competence Requirements (Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Training)

 

  • Experience:  Minimum of 4 years related experience supporting a Sales or Operations organization
  • Knowledge:  Strong MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.  Salesforce.com experience highly desirable
  • Qualifications / Education:  BS / BA (Business or Finance degree a plus), or equivalent experience
