Work closely with Sales Operations Manager and Sales & Marketing Team to provide reporting, analyses, customer and broker payments, and pricing contracts. Work with Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure accurate production forecasting of products. Effective time management will be needed to prioritize multiple projects and meet requested timelines. The candidate will have an opportunity for hands-on learning of different aspects of sales operations and will become fluent in the types of systems and analyses needed to run a successful business.


 


 


What we offer


Provide support to the Sales Operations Manager on various initiatives, including Trade Spending requests and tracking, letters to customers, monthly & ad hoc sales reports, and business analysisWork with Manila team to pay monthly sales broker commissions and to process customer deductions for trade/marketing spendingWork with Marketing & Supply Chain on product forecasting to ensure in-stock inventory for sales expectationsProcess check requests from Sales Team to pay customers and vendors; maintain log of submissionsGenerate special pricing contracts from field sales manager requestsProduce monthly and quarterly customer payment reports

Qualification:

Undergraduate degreeExperience within the consumer products or business to business industry helpfulSAP systems familiarity and basic accounting skills helpfulSystems proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and basic Access)Good oral and written communication skills a mustFlexibility – able to take on new projects and learn new skills/systems to meet business needGood analytical skills, able to problem solve through deductive reasoningGood attention to detailStrong desire to learnTime management – able to prioritize multiple tasks
