Qualifications include:
ü Must be able to multitask and be very detail orientated.
ü Must have strong organizational skills.
ü Strong communication skills including both verbal and written.
ü The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
ü Computer proficiency in Windows, Internet, Word is required.
Responsibilities include:
ü Provide professional, friendly communication with customers and company staff.
ü Set and review goals weekly. Balance work load to meet goals in the time allotted.
ü Process new orders.
ü Correspond w/customers as needed to verify information.
ü Input Customer Data into system.
ü Order invoicing.
ü Review and Update Order Status.
Compensation:
This position is hourly based and Ideal Candidates will be hired Temp to Perm Status.
