What does a Personal Vacation Consultant Do?

In this position, you would service and sell cruise vacations from inbound calls. Also service customers with the highest level of quality customer service when answering questions, resolving issues, etc, regarding cruise bookings, resort weeks, memberships, and any other ICE product or service.

Job Requirements



oThis is a sales position and does require previous sales experience and ability to meet sales goals
o High School diploma or equivalent
o Computer literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite specifically: Word, Excel and Outlook, along with other proprietary database software


 


  Our Call Center is open 7 days from 5am - 9pm and our Personal Vacation Consultants must be able to work a shift that falls within these hours of operation.
