Responsibilities
o Support sales team the sales team in managing all proposal, presentation, and campaign management functions
o Support sales team with order entry, working closely with ad ops, providing account support functions, and building presentations
o Support Account Executive
o Manage campaign look-ups and proposal generation
o Call leads/ Lead generation
o Put together media kits
o Assist with Requests for proposals
o Assist with developing sales strategies
o Research necessary data for pending campaigns
o Assist with the management existing accounts
o Creating reports for current campaigns
o Fulfilling client requests
o Assist with the development of creative¹s to internal teams, clients, and publishers
o Work with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
Qualifications
o 2+ years experience in online ad sales
o Strong desire to work in Sales
o Experience working with Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.
o Strong experience working in Excel and PowerPoint required
o Superb Communication Abilities, Negotiation Techniques, Team
o Attitude, Problem Solving Capabilities, Assertive Nature
o Attention to Detail
o Commitment to Team
Education
Bachelors Degree
