Overview
We are currently seeking a sales professional that would feel comfortable selling to senior level executives and business owners. This is in the B2B market, using a highly consultative sales approach. You will be targeting CFO’s, CEO's, Risk Managers and other high level executives. If you can't see yourself in a consultative selling environment, with a proposal in the $50K-250K range this position is not for you.

The Unity Group is an employee owned independent risk management and insurance consulting firm located in Bellingham, WA. Founded in 1929, our organization has been built on developing long-term relationships with our clients and communities, and we continue to carry this commitment throughout our regional offices today.
Future Ownership/Training
This position could lead to future ownership as a partner in the firm and as such is one where you can build considerable wealth. Our firm will invest in you by pairing you with a mentor who is a CEO or Top Agency owner. You will also receive best in class training developed by a large insurance company that partners with us on risk.
Salary
Starting salary is up to $60K plus commissions. We prefer candidates that would like to make $250k, but not overnight. To achieve this level of success you can not be afraid of prospecting to “C” level executives that may not have ever heard of our firm.
Requirements
We are looking to hire somebody that will be a future partner rather than just the next sales person. College degree required.
