Sales Promo Manager, Children's Group
The Sales Promotions Marketing Manager will lead and execute all promotional planning for retail and wholesale for the Stride Rite Children's Group brands.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop consumer promotional activity for Stride Rite brands
· Leads promotional planning for retail and outlet
· Leads promotional products messaging with merchandising, planning and distributions
· Prepare briefs to initiate development of in-store materials for promotional programs, new display ideas and store design
· Lead cross-functional teams (formal and informal), managing timeliness as well as impacting internal and external partners, for program development, promotional activities, in-store, etc
· Manage and produce key brand events, including trade shows, & corporate functions
· Manage Strie Rite’s participation in major trade shows (ie. WSA and FFANY), including planning and execution
· Manage Stride Rite’s participation in national sales conferences, including planning and execution.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (MBA strongly preferred)
•5+ years marketing experience, preferably in retail marketing
•Must be motivated self-starter with a keen intellect, uncompromising integrity, and ability to manage complex projects on time and on budget
•Proven strategic thinking ability and results oriented success in a fast-paced environment
•Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively as a contributing team member
•Strong oral and written communication skills
