Job Description:

Trading Firm Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey is looking for a Chinese speaking recruiter to help with recruitment and support of business in the US and China.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is someone who is intelligent, educated, professional, polished, and articulate, with good interpersonal skills.  Must possess strong recruiting experience or sales experience and speak fluent English and Chinese.

Responsibilities:

Job entails full cycle recruitment for positions with candidates being referred directly to the President and CEO for final approval. In addition, candidate will evaluate competencies, screen resumes, interview candidates, and extend offers. Position recruits staff positions and traders.

The Chinese Speaking Recruiter work may vary and it may include, but is not limited to research, translation, or projects as needed.

q       Manage the hands-on-recruitment process, from the sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and successful on-boarding of new hires.

q       Conduct in-depth interviews to properly assess the skill sets and competencies of candidates.

q       Work with team members/management to identify process improvements and make recommendations for change.

q       Build relationships with outside sourcing and recruiting resources that contribute to the recruiting pipeline and complements the internal efforts.

q        Considerable skill in interviewing techniques.

q       Analyze information provided on a prospective employee’s resume and if warranted conduct a personal interview.

q       Determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.

q       When the information provided indicates a good potential employee refer them to upper management and or president or CEO for final interview.
