Description:
Volt Workforce Solutions is the newly branded staffing division of Volt Information Sciences, Inc., a publicly traded 2.5 Billion dollar information services firm with various business units and divisions throughout the US, Europe and Asia.

Based in Cerritos, CA, the Sales Rep will be responsible for selling Accounting & Finance staffing services to a large client base within the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire markets. The Sales Rep will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in the temp, temp to hire and direct placement areas, all within the Accounting and Finance disciplines. The Sales Rep will be held accountable for personal production and driving sales in addition to working closely with our recruitment team following up on viable leads and opportunities.

Requirements:
Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 3 years direct sales experience, ideally within an Accounting and Finance staffing agency. Staffing industry sales experience is a MUST, and a background selling to clients in the LA, OC and IE markets is preferred. Proven success in cold calling and prospecting for new business, following up on leads and building solid business relationships is required. Candidates with sales experience selling accounting and finance staffing solutions will be contacted first! We are looking for an assertive professional who is driven to succeed with excellent negotiating skills. Demonstrated success in sales will be expected and further qualified.
