Residence Sales Manager
Mountain view Meadows in Ellensburg, WA
Primary duties include:
- to achieve sales goals
- give tours and pre-qualify potential residents
- recommend solutions that match customer needs
- network, build and maintain outside referral sources
- outside cold calling 5 days a week to build pipeline
We seek a proactive and energetic team player with the ability to close sales with a keen sense of urgency. Outside sales experience a must with a proven record of achieving results.
