A national financial company is looking for full-time salespeople to aid in structuring securities lending programs for their clients. This position has the same functions as a mortgage banker. Experience in real estate, finance, and/or mortgage is preferred. Duties involve logging onto predictive dialing system and calling brokers, realtors, and accountants as well as contacting 70 new affiliates a day. Call lists are provided by the company. Members of the sales team are W-2 employees and must work a minimum of 40 hours a week. Hours are 7:30 AM-4:00 PM with a half hour lunch. Dress code is a minimum of dress slacks and tie for men.
The base salary for this position is 24K a year. Commission earned is based on a progressive percentage scale and is dependent on the individual totals of the employee’s monthly sales (for example, 25% commission earned on funded deals to $4.9 million, 35% for deals 5 million to $7.4 million, and 45% over $7.5 million). After 90 days, $200.00 will be contributed monthly toward medical coverage. In your first year you will receive one day paid vacation each month plus one week of paid vacation.
