Job Summary:

MATERIAL - OTHER PACKAGING SALES WILL BE CONSIDERED***


As a sales rep your focus will be on a few large or very complex customers
within a designated geographic territory or market. Typically involves critical
or complex products requiring a high level of client relationship skills to
maintain competitive positioning. · Plans how to establish and maintain major
account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of
products or combination of products. Develops business plan for each account.

· Solicits new business opportunities within territory. Prepares quotes,
estimates, and maintains Customer Quote Book.

· Develops strong client relationships over time that provide significant
input to planning company product, price, and service strategies.

· Supports supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market
opportunities in the designated territory or market.

· Coordinates use of other company resources (e.g. technical, advertising) to
provide value added services to accounts.

· Provides analysis and information on sales forecast and budget preparation.
Southern AL, MS and Eastern LA Territory Education:

Bachelor Degree from four year college with any discipline will be considered; a
business/marketing oriented degree is preferred.



Experience:

Possessive of no less than two (2) years of outside sales experience is
required. Five (5) years of such experience is strongly preferred.

Microsoft office with presentation skills using PowerPoint and reporting
programs as Excel is required.

Someone who is an effective communicator (verbally and in the written form);
able to successfully interact with the wide range of individuals to be
encountered, be it on the production floor, or designers and ad agencies, or
with Fortune 500 company executives; able to make effective professional
presentations to a panel or a group, i.e., experienced at public speaking.

Possessive of a professional appearance and demeanor and well groomed,
consistent with the business environment within which he/she will conduct
activities.

Someone who is very goal-oriented, ambitious and driven to succeed; possessive
of a high energy level, a sense of urgency and a bias for action.

NOTE: The successful candidate must reside in an area that will allow him/her to
service by car the geographical area specified above.
