Crossroads Rhode Island, a 501c (3) non-profit organization is looking for a creative and innovative sales representative to grow and service customers at its social enterprise business.

The Copy Center at Crossroads is a full-service printing and digital imaging business which was established to provide vocational training opportunities and a stream of revenue to support Crossroads’ critical mission to assist the homeless and the disconnected as they journey toward a better quality of life.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proven sales representative to help us expand and build our business while supporting the important work that Crossroads provides for the community. The most qualified candidates will have 3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in the print industry/ or related service business. The ability to analyze a client/potential client’s print program and recommend efficient and effective products and services is essential. Previous involvement with project planning and marketing material creation is needed. Proven experience working well in a team environment and autonomously is expected. A professional demeanor, as well as excellent customer service and follow up skills are required. The desire and ability to work on multiple projects in a face-paced environment and embrace the mission of Crossroads is important.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary-local travel only. College degree preferred.

Compensation: Competitive base plus commission.
