DUTIES
o Execute company sales plan and achieve sales objectives in assigned retail stores including natural foods, gourmet, gift and Fair Trade shops
o Maximize distribution, shelving, and merchandising of Divine products.
o Manage assigned store groups and administer promotion and marketing programs.
o Manage trade contracts, display programs, and expense budgets.
o Represent brand at trade and consumer shows as assigned.
o Develop knowledge of chocolate and chocolate trends
o Perform special projects at the direction of the VP of Sales.
At least one to two years of sales or marketing experience. Knowledge of Fair Trade and natural/specialty channel highly desired. The position requires a high degree of initiative, the ability to work effectively in varied retail settings, and the ability to be successful in achieving assigned sales objectives while working independently. Passion for communicating Divine’s mission and quality chocolate proposition a must. Excellent interpersonal communication skills are critical to success in this position. Fundamental knowledge of PC use and basic software is essential. This position may require occasional travel.
A Bachelor's Degree and valid Driver's License are required.
