Growing national company seeks dynamic sales manager to manage “Gen Y” sales team. Are you a proven sales leader who can motivate and manage both your sales team and your key clients? Are you seeking a career with a financially solid, growing company? If so, this opportunity could be for you.
Our client provides outstanding service to their customers and provides the programs that allow them to grow in both revenue and customer service. With over 10 years experience in their niche, their double-digit growth in recent years has grown their sales team as well.
Generous compensation with $50,000 base salary and bonuses for first year potential $85,000-95,000.
The ideal candidate for this position possesses:
Ø 2+ RECENT years experience managing a sales team
Ø Sales experience in the technology sector
Ø Very strong personality and leadership style
Ø Thinks outside the box
Ø Can make a decision and stand by it
Ø Multi-tasking skills
Ø STRONG understanding of Excel and data management
