- Develop inside and outside of the Corporation. Business relationships will be cultivated to create new opportunities for Target Commercial Interiors in new and existing accounts for inactive records storage and services that result in bottom line growth
- Uncover and develop new targets, leads & opportunities and ongoing relationship development with partners and outside providers to garner referrals. Identify targeted customers [non- project] based on market/industry intelligence. Monitor sales re: leads and opportunities generated. Develop and maintain executive relationships in targeted and existing accounts
- Develop presentation and sales materials and related sales strategies for both new and existing clients. Close multiple projects and customer relationships. Responsible for each uncovered project or business target, including: discovering or targeting the opportunity; developing the relationship and related market strategy; communicating a summary of the business case to the Sales Management staff and partnering in a variety of degrees to close the business and monitor progress
- Work strategically to achieve gross profit and sales volume through on-going customer contact. Communicate with Sales Manager regarding assignments and logs related data into business systems as required
- Effectively communicate and conduct business with internal and external partners. This includes pitching, persuading, closing projects, as well as setting and managing clear expectations, holding them (team members & external partners) accountable and ensuring their deliverables are timely and as promised
- Develop effective solutions that meet client expectations, ensuring exemplary client services satisfaction and on time/under budget client delivery
- Gather and access customer feedback, communicate concerns to the team and follow-up on any improvement opportunities
Requirements

4 year degree
-
3-5 years business related experience and a proven track record in an area that utilizes or provides innovative and profitable business solutions that ultimately add to the bottom line

3 years business to business service sales experience

Excellent sense for organizational dynamics, including ability to influence, negotiate and leverage competitive advantage

Consistently perform post sales follow-up to maximize the client experience and gross profit including: obtaining signed agreements, coordinating the pick-up of records, reviewing the FACS Customer manual with clients and assisting in collecting overdue accounts as needed

Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect with clients, peers, team members and executives

Strong conceptual skills, including flexibility in approach to problem-solving and ability to push beyond the obvious to find innovative solutions

Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management software applications
