SALES REPRESENTATIVE
INDUSTRIAL FOOD PROCESSING EQUIPMENT
Terrific opportunity to work for a leader in the design and manufacturing of food processing equipment. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a highly driven Sales Representative to join their team to cover the Western United States
POSITION
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business and providing solutions to clients in ways that will enhance their businesses. You will be selling predominantly food processing equipment to companies requiring FDA or USDA approval. You main responsibility will be focused towards selling one of the company’s wide arrays of equipment in particular. On a typical week you will spend about 3-4 days on the road and 1 day in the office. Company car care and necessary tools provided. Territory will include the western united states. Unliimited earning potential of a base plus commission and excellent benefit package.
QUALIFICATION
To be successful in this position you must have an outgoing personality and a passion for the industry. Familiarity with food processing machinery a plus a but necessary. You will have good presentation and communication skills and while technical knowledge is an advantage, this is not essential as you will be supported by the technical team. As this role is highly autonomous, you will need to be self motivated and driven in achieving your business targets. In return high achievers can expect to be rewarded through a transparent commission structure. Applicants that have worked in a processing plant and looking or a change also encourage to apply. A degree in engineering would be a plus but certainly not necessary.
