Sales Representative

Overview:
Develop our client’s service, parts, and equipment business in a designated area, or branch operations. Maintain and grow the area customer base through active sales and business development work directly with the customers located within the area. Provide support and assistance to operations, field services and the parts group. Provide quotes, cost estimates, and budgetary information to clients as necessary and directed by management.

Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to operations staff, sales personnel, and customers.
- Investigate and review customer complaints. Work to rectify problem areas with management and senior sales and operations team.
- Trade shows and convention participation as requested by management.
- Promote other revenue opportunities for the company when they present themselves.
- Actively supports, participates in and maintains the integrity and on-going function of the Company and facility’s safety program; ensuring a safe/healthy work environment.
- Performs a variety of functions necessary for the successful operation of the company, as assigned by the management of the Company.
- Participation in selected local industry organizations.
- Identify customer needs and develop opportunity for the company’s product and service offering.
- Identify new market opportunities within the region.
- Assist technical staff in product selection, design and proposals.
- Monitor market activity and participate in implementing, and working the business plan strategies and developments.
- Assist in development of the standard and traditional business strategies and budgets for product line and aftermarket parts and service offering.
- Develop new customers and relationships.
- Maintain existing customer relationships.
- Actively markets and promotes the company within the area business environment through participation in industry events, community initiatives, as directed by management.
- Developing and maintaining satisfied customer base.
- Promote and develop new customers for the standard and traditional business segment.

Qualifications:
-Technical knowledge of oilfield processing equipment and services.
-Business planning and market development skills.
-Technical Degree or 5 years minimum field experience emphasis on production equipment operations and maintenance.

-Minimum of five (5) years experience required.
-Project management

-Capable of performing the following essential physical demands:
