* Responsible for receiving calls and answering customer questions while providing features and benefits in an effort to sign the customer up for the service * Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills * Have a high level of personal integrity and professionalism * Ability to speak in a persuasive and effective manner to represent or sell the customer product/services within guidelines * Identify, qualify and create sales/upgrade sales opportunities, match product features and benefits to customer needs and effectively close the sale.
Additional Requirements
* 1-3 years direct sales, customer service, and/or call center experience
* HS diploma or GED (some college preferred)
* Must be 18 years of age
* Ability to work available shifts and adapt to change
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
* Desire to succeed
