BG Products, Inc.  (www.bgprod.com) has been manufacturing and distributing a broad line of specialty lubricants, greases and chemicals internationally since 1971.  BG products are distributed through a network of independent distributors, such as BG Distributors of Wisconsin, Inc.  We market preventive maintenance services and programs to new car dealerships and professional independent auto repair facilities.  BG provides the highest quality products and services in our industry.

 

*Average Salesperson - $60,000 Annually

*High is over $100,000 and the low is $35,000

*Six Month Training Period with Salary, Position will move to commission

*Vehicle and Expenses are included

*We offer Health Insurance to our employees

*We do not install roadblocks of multiple paperwork and reports

*SUPPORT - Office Staff, Warehouse Staff and Local Sales Manager

*Training - BG University, Distributor Training and On-Site Territory Training

 

THE TERRITORY

 

The position is for the Greenbay Wisconsin area.  The territory has a substantial number of existing accounts; however, growth is expected to come from both expanding existing business and developing new business, this includes cold calling. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

*We are looking for high quality people to join us.  Experience is a plus; however, not required

*The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

*It takes considerable amounts of time to build and maintain a successful territory, be prepared to invest time /effort into your territory.

*The ability to close the sale by addressing customer concerns and consistently moving the customer toward commitment.

*Be equally at ease talking with an automotive technician as he/she is with the owner of a new car dealership

*Must have an excellent driving record

*Qualified applicant must be able to work as a team or without direct supervision.  Either instance requires a self-motivated individual.
