Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. is a leading disaster recovery (natural and man-made disasters) and construction company. Duties:
Determine projects and markets which show the most potential.
Expand company's revenue base through development of long-term projects and meeting company goals.
Maintain/expand present and new client base.
Technical sales to assist potential clients with a problem solving ability.
Update company sales materials (Statement of Qualifications, brochures, advertising, specification sheets or PowerPoint presentations).
Monitor competition and look for openings to market product.
Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Assist in the development of the promotion plan and target call list.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar field of expertise a plus.
2+ years experience in Sales or Marketing field.
Landscape, nursery, mulch, etc. sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiating, analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong ability to meet and exceed all sale and/or forecasted goals.
Ability to work in team environment or individually and be a self-starter/self-motivator.
