Technical Qualifications o Experience in sales of capital equipment and engineered systems o Significant experience in technical and consultative selling o Sound understanding of the design-build sales process o Experience with technology engineered products and systems o Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes and methods o Knowledge of and experience with implementing account strategies o Demonstrated ability to achieve exceptional sales growth o In-depth knowledge of and experience with B-to-B sales o Strategic thinker; able to create and communicate value for customers o Strong customer management skills with proven ability to identify customer needs and develop solutions Experience Qualifications o BA/BS degree in business, marketing or engineering o Excellent computer skills o Sound interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written o Strong customer skills and orientation o Impressive indicators of excellence in career o Set aggressive targets and meet or exceed them consistently o Valid driver's license and good driving record that meets our insurance carrier's standards, ACE Permit Required. |
