The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a unique understanding of upscale hospitality services. Experience in the senior industry is not as important as the ability to sell lifestyle.
Other responsibilities include:
· Driving the sales process by conducting tours, using creative follow-up methods and generating move-ins to reach 100% occupancy
· Maintaining an accurate lead and referral database
· Demonstrating exceptional customer service and a passion that inspires others
· Helping to create and execute a strategic marketing plan for the community, which could include advertising, PR, special events, direct mail and new products and services
· Assisting with community outreach and referral development
· Preparing correspondence and other forms needed for daily operations and marketing in a Five-Star manner
