Fabritec, a major manufacturer of kitchen cabinetry and vanity
is looking for an experienced 


Sales Representative
(Manhattan & Jersey)


Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales of special order Fabritec products.


Your initial role will include a strict focus on our Eurostyle product line and accessories. With time, your role will expand to require a mastery of all products offered in the company’s portfolio of products.


To successfully fill your role, you will have the following proven abilities: group training, relationship building, product merchandising, constant communication of product and process updates, and superior customer service.


 


Requirements:




  • University or College degree


  • Problem-solving abilities as well as excellent management and organizational skills


  • Prior experience with cabinetry, sales and design


  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Power Point)


  • Outstanding presentation skills and leadership


  • Proven good verbal and written skills


  • Credit card, valid driver’s license and your own vehicle


  • Ability to merchandise heavy products


  • Flexibility and multi-tasking abilities


  • Availability to travel and work weekends if necessary

 


Responsibilities:




  • Train associates on product knowledge and processes


  • Drive sales through in-store consumer events


  • Set sales goals and targets with associates


  • Build relationship with all stores associates affiliated with products


  • Carry out consumer house calls and display maintenance


  • Liaise with factory customer service and logistics departments to resolve opportunities and ensure client satisfaction


  • Confirm orders are processed, shipped and received accordingly


  • Verify administrative reports and surveys are submitted on time


  • Communicate with manager on opportunities and events that affect the business


  • Coordinate and manage store product resets and attend store Grand Openings and all associated events


  • Ensure prompt resolution of consumer disputes/discrepancies
