Compensation and benefits include: Base salary of $75,000, with aggressive commission plan with top reps making well over $200,000. 15,000 shares of stock. $600/month car allowance, medical/dental included, paid time off, all expenses paid.

Ideal candidate will posses: 3+ years of Electrosurgical/RF experience with a track record of success in business development/account management. Experience with a start-up organization is preferred. 4-year degree. Driven, competitive, passionate individual is a MUST!
