This is an O.R. focused position, calling on surgeons and other key decision makers in the hospital setting. You must be able to learn products and surgical techniques quickly. You should also be a relentless hunter with a strategic vision for growing your territory and the discipline to execute on it.

While some medical sales experience can be beneficial in a role like this, we are just as excited about top performing B2B sales representatives who have a solid track record and stable work history. Qualifications:
1. BA degree required
2. Must have clean driving record with no more than 3 tickets/accidents in the last 39 months and no serious offenses like reckless driving or DUI
3. 3-10 years of outside B2B sales experience. Must have excellent track record of meeting and exceeding your quota as well as a stable work history.
4. Prior medical device sales experience not required but a plus. Proven experience managing a complex sales process with multiple decision makers crucial.
