Sales Representative - Northeast Georgia

Superior Walls by Weaver Precast of South Carolina is seeking a Sales Representative in the Northeast area of Georgia to call on residential builders.  Our foundation wall system is SUPERIOR in every way, and provides many benefits to the builder and homeowner.

The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the construction industry and will be a self starting individual with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.  Candidate must have a history of sales success, as well as a comfort factor interacting with presidents and owners of small to medium size firms.  The prospective party should have sold premium products in a price competitive market and be comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Sell Company products and services

·         Locate prospective customer and develop sales leads

·         Follow up and close on developed sales leads

·         Promote Company products and services by attending industry trade shows

·         Professionally represent the Company as required

·         Inspect and approve building sites and local building code compliance before walls are scheduled for shipment

·         Ensure that customer understand and follow SWA builder’s manual through education

·         Maintain minimum daily prospecting goals set by the sales manager
