Kaeser Compressors, Inc., one of the largest and most successful suppliers of air systems, is seeking an individual that has worked in an industrial or manufacturing environment to fill our Sales Representative position for our San Jose Branch.  This “South Bay Territory” runs from Union City south to San Luis Obispo.  Candidates should live in close proximity to the territory.  No relocation expenses will be granted.

The qualified candidate will be calling on end-customers, establishing sub-distributors and OEMs striving to meet sales goals.

The successful candidate’s background will include:

• 3 - 5 years outside sales experience of industrial capital equipment, preferably compressed air or similar capital equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with prospecting experience
• Proven time/territorial management skills
• Clean Driving Record (required)
• PC literate, preferably in Word and Excel.
• College degree preferred
