Position Summary:

 This is a sales rep opportunity with one the world’s largest waste services companies. Veolia has a strong competitive edge in the St. Paul market in solid waste services, yet still has a great deal of opportunity for growth. Essential Responsibilities:

·        Navigate through given set of accounts to manage existing business and prospecting new accounts. Will manage qualified prospect database in Salesforce.com

·         Develop and implement sales action plan based on goals and objectives

·         Maintain a qualified sales pipeline

·         Prepare service agreements

·         Maintaining fundamental understanding of appropriate local, state and federal guidelines

·         Closing new business

·         Keeping sales activity reporting up to date at all times

 

Travel Responsibilities:

·         Territory travel-car allowance provided

 

Success Criteria:

Your success will be measured based on:

·         Ability to close new business

·         Maintaining and growing existing accounts

·         Overall activity including calls, meetings, presentations, proposals, etc

 

Experience Requirements:

·         2+ years of business to business outside sales experience

·         Ability to adopt a proven disciplined sales process

·         Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals

·         Strong communication skills

·         Ability to manage 100’s of prospects/accounts

·         Organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to work in an activity based environment

 

Educational Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree

 

Compensation:

·         Base salary + commission
