Summary:  This position is responsible for the consultative selling of complex financial debt settlement services.  Debt Consultants are expected to educate and inform prospective clients to the best of their ability toward understanding of debt resolution, creating as many fully informed clients with reasonable expectations as possible, guiding the prospect to make the educated decision to join Debt Shield, Inc program.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

·        High school degree required, bachelor degree preferred.

·        Minimum of 2 years sales experience (preferably in an inbound/outbound environment).

·        Experience as a mortgage lender or bank loan officer is preferred  

·        Experience consulting with clients on debt resolution options is a plus.

·        Business to consumer sales background in a high volume transaction environment is preferred.

·        Prior experience analyzing financial budgets is preferred.

·        Good written and verbal communication skills

·        Must be a self motivator who can devise creative and individualized solutions.

·        Must be able to work in a results-oriented environment under pressure.

·        Knowledge of Windows and MS Office.

·        Must be able to successfully multi-task with competing priorities and deadlines.

·        Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

·        Minimum 40w.p.m with ability to type and talk.

Monday - Thursday 12:30pm-10:30pm
