MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop a positive relationship with internal and external customers•
Work as a team with other service members and sales people•
Work to prevent and correct customer complaints and problems•
Handle order input and enforce adequate on-time reception of order and/or orderchanges
•
Responsible for order input in conjunction with inventory restraints and machineavailability
•
Responsible for tracking and monitoring all developments on assigned accounts•
Create and update monthly inventory reports by account•
Negotiate production discrepancies with responsible parties•
Communicate with customer on all aspects of the account.•
Confirm commitments to customers and follow up on their inquiries•
QUALIFICATIONS:•
College degree or prior customer service experience a plus•
Strong analytical, decision making and problem solving skills•
Good verbal and written communication skills•
Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel, and SAP•
