Sales and Service Specialist - Montpelier VT

Job Summary:
Participates in government banking business development and relationship management activities, including assisting with proposal preparation, attending customer presentations, researching and recommending pricing, establishing new accounts and providing customer service. Ensures that own work, as well as work of any employees supervised, is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, as detailed in policies located on Company intranet policies include but are not limited to Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable anti-money-laundering policies.

Requirements:
*4-year degree or the equivalent combination of education and work experience required. *1-2 years related experience required. *Ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines. *Relationship management ability, with excellent customer service skills. *Research and analytical skills. *Knowledge of Company products and services preferred. *Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. *PC skills, including knowledge of presentation software.
