REQUIREMENTS:

Sales/settlement experience in the Real Estate or Homebuilding industry Energy and dedication to help us maintain our successful team
Excellent written and verbal skills Strong planning and  oganizational skills. Close attention to detail.
Self-starter with Microsoft Office proficiency required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keying new sales
Tracking sales
Scheduling settlements and communicating with customers
Learn and assist in the production side.
