A Document Sales Specialist must drive and achieve specific sales goals by managing the business relationship with assigned customers in a specific territory as well as establishing new business. The primary responsibility of a specialist is to sell business forms, promotional items, customer retention and marketing solutions to assigned automotive and related automotive accounts. They are also responsible for analyzing customer needs, identifying sales opportunities and recommending the company's product to meet customers’ needs. The Document Sales Specialist is assigned a territory and performs multiple functions within that territory, including consulting, relationship building and maintenance, teaming with other specialists, cold calling and sales closing.
Training:
3-4 months of product and sales training or until the hiring manager believes the new hire is ready to take over the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years sales experience in a commission driven sales industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer relationship building skills
- Ability to close sales
- Superb time management skills
- Quota based sales experience preferred
- 100% Commissions experience preferred
- Outside Sales experience preferred
